The Honorable Brad Carson, Under Secretary of the Army exits the Enhanced Medium Altitude Reconnaissance Surveillance System (EMARSS) following a tour led by Maj. Preston Pysh, an Assistant Product Manager under Sensors-Aerial Intelligence. EMARSS is the Army’s newest Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance aircraft which is currently stationed at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD for testing.
